At Saint, we aim to provide a high-quality experience at all times. If something does not meet expectations, we encourage guests to speak with our team during their visit so we can address it.

General Policy

All sales are considered final. Refunds, partial refunds, or gestures of goodwill are offered strictly at management’s discretion.

On-Site Purchases

For products and services consumed on-site, refunds are not automatically provided. Any resolution will be handled case by case by management.

Reservations & Prepayments

Where a booking or event requires prepayment or a deposit:

  • Terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking

  • Refunds or changes are not guaranteed and remain at management’s discretion unless otherwise required by law

Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under French consumer law. Where applicable, customers remain entitled to protections provided by the Code de la consommation, including in cases of proven fault or non-performance.
